Since 2012, artist and photo\u00adgrapher Franziska Klose has repea\u00adtedly explored this (post)industrial landscape. In 2015, her artist\u2019s book \u201cBitterfeld\u201c was published. This book served as a&nbsp;guide for a&nbsp;bike tour that took us on an explo\u00adration of the Bitterfeld area, leading us past former fields, clay pits, and indus\u00adtrial and open-pit mining sites. Through this experience, we came to under\u00adstand the landscape as something in a&nbsp;state of constant change. After all: \u201cWhat we see today will also disappear.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-metadaten wp-block-paragraph\">The event took place as part of Saxony-Anhalt\u2019s Indus\u00adtrial Heritage Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-metadaten wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.franziskaklose.de\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.franziskaklose.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.franziskaklose.de<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Franziska Klose Festival OSTEN, Bitterfeld-Wolfen 2026 Die Landschaft in Bitterfeld-Wolfen ist durch den Braunkohletagebau und die Chemieindustrie gepr\u00e4gt.
